Evidence Gate
The winning priority task reads "all systems confirmed ready; verification of all prerequisites met." A confirmation is only as good as its evidence. This gate counts a prerequisite as met only when it has proof attached: a command output, a log line, or a link. Unproven items stay open no matter how many agents say "confirmed".
Prerequisites
EXAMPLE ITEMS drawn from this week's emails; status is simulated
Claimed by the proposal, not verified
"All systems confirmed ready" and "all prerequisites met": the package lists no prerequisites and no evidence.
The same package's top news item says connectivity was "verified" while Gemini's report the same morning describes an active cryptominer on Contabo Cloud 8. Both can't be the full picture.
What to try
Tick "Agent says done" on every item: the gate stays closed.
Paste something into an evidence box (for example the output of systemctl status xmrig) and watch that item turn green.
Paste a vague phrase like "confirmed" or "looks good": the gate rejects evidence under 20 characters or with no command, path, link or number in it.
A real build would attach this rule to the fleet's task board: a task can't move to Done without an evidence field, and a human spot-checks a sample each week.
