Pilotproof

B2B pilots tend to drift: criteria stay vague, nobody logs evidence, and the pilot ends with "let's keep testing" instead of a signed contract. Pilotproof gives each pilot a one-page charter with a few measurable criteria agreed with the buyer, a weekly evidence log against each one, and a health score that shows drift early. Once every criterion is met, it drafts the conversion proposal from the evidence itself. This demo runs three made-up pilots entirely in your browser.

What to try

On "Lumen Dental Group", log evidence for the last open criterion (pick "Weekly hours saved" and enter 9). The pilot flips to ready, and "Draft conversion proposal" turns on.
